We will also deliver up to 70 miles at a cost of a $1.75 per mile. Thefirst 25 miles are free. We charge round trip mileage.
We provide almost everything for you accept food and linens.
You will have propane,plates,eating utensils,pots and pans, cups etc. We also have up to date safety equipment in our RV's such as smoke and carbon monoxidedetectors, fire extinguisher and of course a first aid kit for little bumps and bruises the little ones seem to get having all that fun.

Sorry, you can not tow this unit unless you have a 3/4 ton truck with a class 3 hitch. This rv is approximately 9,000 lbs loaded and requires special leveling systems to tow it The $1.75 per mile is just to cover the diesel fuel and vehicleservice to get it where you want it and back.
Free delivery and pickup at Port Huron KOA, Lakeport Campground, and other local campgrounds depending on mileage.

You must be atleast 25 years old with a valid drivers license to rent any of the RV's.
A security deposit of $500.00 is DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVED DATE. The security deposit is required for all rentals.
The total rental amount minus the security deposit is needed to reserve your spot, and as indicated the security deposit is due within 10 DAYS of your reserved/departure date or you will forfeit your reservation and rental amount.
Payment options: US currency or money orders. Sorry we do not accept credit cards or any checks of any kind including bank checks. We will be happy to meet with you to fill out the contract and you can pay your deposit at that time.
Motorhome's require a $1000.00 security deposit plus the rental amount.
Sorry no refunds on cancellations or early returns. RV pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. If an emergency circumstance should arise and we do not have the RV you reserved available we will (at our option) provide you with another RV if one is available or refund your entire reservation amount. Emergency circumstance IE: major mechanical malfunction of the RV requiring repair, safety issue needing immediate repair, etc. Safety is always a priority.
DELIVERY TERMS: We can deliver, however my schedule at the police department limits the dates and times that I can deliver. I will do my best to deliver if that is what you need, but I may need to deliver in the evening on certain dates. We are aware that most campgrounds have a 3pm check in time and we may be able to deliver at or after 3pm, but we cannot confirm if we can deliver at 3 pm or later until we know when and where you are booked, Some of our customers pay for an extra day before the reservation so we can deliver the night before they actually arrive to start camping We will do our best to accomodate your plans. We will return by 11am on the last day of the scheduled rental to pick up the RV unless I am on duty then I will have to pick it up after 7 pm. I will be able to tell you when I can pick up the RV when we determine what dates you are renting.
Please check with the campground to make sure the RV can sit until I can get in to get it.
The campground may require that you pay for the extra time for an evening pick up.
Please check with your campground in advance to see if they will let us in for the delivery later in the evening if necessary.
We want your vacation to go a smooth as possible so please check with the campground in advance to make proper arrangements for delivery and pickup.

TOWING THE TRAILER YOURSELF:You may be able to tow the Mallard travel trailer if you have a large enough truck. 3/4 ton required. A class 3 hitch is also needed with a 7 pin plug and electric brake controller.
The Prowler's weight is in the area of 3500lbs and can be easily towed with a standard pickup or large suv, but you still need a brake controller and a 7 pin plug.
INSURANCE IF YOU ARE TOWING IT.
You must be provide us with proof of insurance from your insurance co. Most insurance companies will give you a rider to show proof that our trailer is covered under your policy or you can purchase optional insurance for the entire rental period from our liability insurance comapny.

YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF THE AWNING IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. WE DO NOT WANT TOKEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT HOWEVER WE DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE AWNINGS EITHER.

This trailer sleeps up to 5 people with the jacknife sofa,dinette sleeper and the overhead bunk. The bunk holds a max weight of 150 pounds.

$2500 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. SORRY, WE KNOW IT IS ALOT OF MONEY FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT, BUT THESE LITTLE 2000 EU UNITS ARE VERY SMALL AND CAN BE EASILY STOLEN.
THEY COST OVER $1000 EACH AND THE SECURITY BOX IS $500.
5 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL $30.00 PER DAY.
WE HAVE BIGGER UNITS ALSO, HOWEVER THEY ARE VERY LOUD. THEY ARE FINE IF YOU ARE OUT IN THE WOODS, BUT MOST CAMPGROUNDS WILL PROBABLY THROW YOU OUT IN 2 SECONDS IF YOU STARTED ONE OF THEM UP. THAT WOULD BE BAD ESPECIALLY WITH THE KIDS YELLING AT YOU ALL THE WAY HOME.

CARBON MONOXIDE IS ODORLESS (YOU CAN'T SMELL IT) AND IT HAS A WAY OF CREEPING INTO THE RV, TRAVEL TRAILER, VEHICLE ,CAMPER WHILE YOU ARE SLEEPING, EATING,ETC.
GASOLINE IS EXPLOSIVE AND EXTREMELY FLAMABLE. UNDER NO CIIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED TO ADD FUEL TO THE GENERATORS OR HANDLE THE GENERATORS. DO NOT STORE GASOLINE IN THE RV,CAMPER,TRAVEL TRAILER OR ANYWHERE NEAR THE GENERATORS. GASOLINE VAPORS TRAVEL ON THE GROUND AND WILL IGNITE IF THE VAPORS REACH AN IGNITION SOURCE SUCH AS HEAT FROM THE GENRATOR. KEEP THE GASOLINE A SAFE DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE GENERATORS AND KEEP THE GASOLINE CONTAINER CLOSED PER THE GASOLINE CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS SO THE FUMES DO NOT CREEP OUT ONTO THE GROUND.
THE GENERATOR EXHAUST SYSTEM GETS EXTREMELY HOT AND WILL BURN SKIN, IT WILL ALSO SET FLAMABLE MATERIAL LIKE CLOTHES AND TENT FABRIC ETC. ON FIRE. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE GENERATORS AT ALL TIMES. THE GENERATORS REQUIRE SUPERVISION AND MAINTENANCE BY ADULTS. NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY WITH THE GENERATORS.
WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE INJURED OR KILLED FROM GENERATOR USE.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY AND KEEP THE GENERATORS CLOSE TO THE CAMPER FOR ANY REASON.
AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES ARE NOT WORTH DYING FOR.
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT COVERS THEFT AND DAMAGE TO THE GENERATORS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE TO THE GENERATORS. WE ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM TO REPLACE THEM. WE WILL USE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO REPLACE A STOLEN GENERATOR OR REPAIR A BROKEN OR DMAGED ONE.
THE OIL LEVEL NEEDS TO BE CHECKED ON ALL THE GENERATORS EVERY TIME YOU ADD FUEL. THE OIL NEEDS TO BE KEPT AT THE PROPER LEVEL WHILE OPERATING OR SEVERE ENGINE DAMAGE WILL RESULT WHICH WILL RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
THE GENERATORS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED AND IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION FOR YOU TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNED.
WE WILL COMPRESSION CHECK AND VOLTAGE TEST ALL GENERATORS WHEN RETURNED TO ENSURE THEY WERE PROPERLY CARED FOR.
PLEASE KEEP THEM IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION.
